Student Bills

Student bills, or "book bills" as they are commonly called, may include any fees a student owes to the school.  Examples are class fundraisers, cafeteria bills and bills for damaged or missing textbooks.

Bills are managed by the Library/Textbook Room.  An electronic copy is maintained in the Follett Destiny database system.  The textbook room is open from 7:30-3:30.  Students may make payment for bills before school (7:30-8:10), during student lunch (12:30-1:00) and after school (3:00-3:30).  Inquiries about school bills can be made by phone to (650) 877-8806.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, money order and cashier's check.  Personal checks are not accepted for payment after January of each school year.

All bills must be cleared for students to receive or participate in the following:

  • Winter Ball
  • Junior/Senior Ball
  • Yearbook
  • Diploma
  • Class Package purchases

Additionally, all bills must be cleared in order to process a transcript request.
