School bills, or "book" bills as they are commonly called, may include any fees a student owes to the school. Examples are class fundraisers, course materials fees and bills for damaged or missing textbooks.
Physical copies of the bills are stored in the textbook room. An electronic copy is maintained in the Follett and/or Textlink database system. The textbook room is open from 7:30-3:30. Students may make payment for bills before school (7:30-8:10), during student lunch (12:30-1:00) and after school (3:00-3:30). Inquiries about school bills can be made by phone to (650) 877-8806.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, money order and cashier's check. Personal checks are not accepted for payment after February 11, 2013.
All bills must be cleared for students to receive or participate in the following:
- Winter Ball
- Junior Prom
- Senior Ball
- Yearbook
- Diploma
Additionally, all bills must be cleared in order to process a transcript request.
