Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bay Area awards multiyear scholarships to community-minded high school seniors who plan to continue their education at a four-year university, junior college or vocational school. Students from ALL backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Tuition Assistance is Available!

  • Up to $700.00 annually for restaurant crew & part time shift managers who are employed for 12 months at the time the application for assistance is submitted. Employees must work an average of 20 hours per week and be in good standing as determined by the owner/operator.

  • If you are under the age of 21 with at least a 2.7 GPA and demonstrate financial need, the RMHC Scholars scholarship is a great fit. It honors your scholastic, community and work performance and is open to all students, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.

Scholarship Information

Regularly through the year the Career Center staff will publish a list of new scholarship applications received at the school.  This list is distributed to senior classrooms.  To request an application, complete a "scholarship application request form" at the Career Center, and the staff will photocopy the application and send it to you.

Some applications may require that you include the high school code for the SAT or ACT.  The code for El Camino High School is:
